Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Remember (“Remember,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our mobile app and our website at getremember.ai. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Remember, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Remember, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Remember. If you are in the EU/EEA and under 16, you may use Remember only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@getremember.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Remember (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content — including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to operate and provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content already removed and limited copies that may remain in backups for a short period.
You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Remember for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates any law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the service or its data by unauthorized means.
- Use the service to build a competing product, or resell it without our consent.
6. AI features & accuracy
Remember uses artificial intelligence to transcribe, summarize, and organize Your Content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and may not reflect your original input exactly. Remember does not provide professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice). Always verify important information before relying on it.
7. Service availability
Remember is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be in active development. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the service may experience downtime or interruptions. We are not liable for any unavailability of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Remember and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Remember ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remember is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or preserved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remember will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice within the app or by email. Your continued use of Remember after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
